Lenovo K4 Note has been announced. The phone has already heightened expectations owing to its predecessor i.e. Lenovo K3 Note. This phone has some add-ons from the previous model will a slight price hike. If you are a Lenovo fanboy/fangirl you will love the phone I’m sure. The specs do seem powerful. But hey, let’s not hop to any conclusion. Let’s have a look at the specifications first.

Specification of Lenovo K4 Note

Design & Display

Lenovo K4 Note has a 5.5 inch IPS LCD capacitive display with 16M colors and a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels (401 ppi). The dimensions of the phone are 153.6 x 76.5 x 9.2 mm and weighs 158 grams. The screen is protected via Gorilla Glass 3.

The phone has 71% screen-to-body ratio. It is very neatly curved at the edges. There is a 3.5 mm jack slot for headphones with Dolby Atmos sound on the top edge and a microUSB port on the lower edge. The loudspeakers with stereo speakers are placed gently on the front upper and lower sides along the edges. The front camera is below the upper loudspeaker and the rear camera is in the centre of the rear panel. Just below the rear shooter is the finger print scanner (just like in Coolpad Note 3).

Lenovo K4 Note is available only in Black.

Software

Lenovo K4 Note will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Apart from that it has an octa core MediaTek MT6753 processor running at 1.3 GHz, 3 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage, 128 GB external expandable storage and Mali T720MP3 GPU.

Connectivity

Lenovo K4 Note is a dual SIM phone with GSM/HSPA/LTE connectivity. Other wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth, A-GPS, NFC, microUSB 2.0 and FM Radio. It has fingerprint scanner. Besides that, the other scanners include accelerometer, proximity and compass.

Camera

The gadget is powered by 2 cameras – 13 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera. The rear camera has f/2.2 aperture, phase detection autofocus, dual LED Flash, geo tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, panorama and video recording at 1080p@30fps.

Battery

Lenovo K4 Note is powered by a very powerful Li-Po non removable battery of 3300mAh capacity. This much capacity ensures 265 hours standby and 23 hours of talk time.

Pricing and availability

The phone is priced at 179 EUR which is Rs. 11,998 in the Indian currency. The phone sale will be only at Amazon India on 20th January at 2pm. However, in order to purchase a Lenovo K4 Note you should REGISTER for the same at Amazon. HURRY UP cause the phone has already crossed 2,00,000 (2 lakhs) registrations in just 3 days.
